Forager's Finest is The Better Butchers' plant-based ground, made from a clean blend of oyster mushrooms and pea protein. It comes in three flavours: Natural, a versatile base for any recipe; Italian, seasoned for pasta sauces, meatballs, and pizza; and Chorizo, with a smoky, spiced kick for tacos and breakfast hash. Each one is gluten-free, free from major allergens, and made without synthetic colours or flavours. Use it anywhere you would use ground meat, just brown it in a pan and add it to your favourite dish. Our Chorizo flavour took home Gold at the 2024 BC Food and Beverage Awards.
Please note the product does contain pea protein (a legume) and mushrooms, so it is not suitable for anyone with a pea, legume, or mushroom allergy or sensitivity.
